Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food and beverage products, returns are strictly not accepted once delivered.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery
Claim Process

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos of the product and original packaging. Claims without proof or reported after the allowed time frame may be rejected.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
